Courtesy Car

When your car comes in for repairs, we can issue you with a courtesy car.

We can provide a courtesy car for the duration of your repairs but will need to check your driving licence status before you leave us. This can be done by providing us with your driving licence and national insurance number. Where possible, we are now encouraging customers to generate their own online Driving Licence Check Code using the link and following the instructions below.

This link will guide you through a short series of checks and provide us with an overview of your driving licence. Select the far upper right box/tab (share my driving licence) and then select the green button (Get Code).  You will then be provided with a Check Code, please use the website page print button and bring the printout with you. We can quickly use this to check your driving licence details with DVLA on your arrival before we issue you with a Courtesy Car.
